Pricing is based primarily on workforce size, organizational structure and the level of configuration and support required.
Do you charge per shift?
BookStaff is designed to become part of your everyday workforce operation, so pricing isn't intended to penalize organizations for posting the shifts they need to fill.
Do part-time and casual employees count?
Active users who receive or manage shifts are considered when determining workforce size.
Is onboarding included?
Implementation and training requirements are included in your pricing recommendation so you know what to expect before launch.
Can BookStaff support multiple locations?
Yes. BookStaff can support organizations managing multiple sites, departments and workforce groups.
Can BookStaff accommodate unionized workforces?
BookStaff is being designed to support configurable workforce structures, including seniority and other shift-distribution requirements. During discovery, we'll review the relevant rules with your organization to determine how BookStaff can be configured to your workforce.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
Yes. BookStaff has a one-time implementation fee based on the size and complexity of your organization, including the number of employees, sites and locations being configured. Your implementation fee will be clearly outlined in your quote before onboarding begins.
Can we add employees or locations later?
Yes. Your BookStaff configuration can evolve as your workforce changes.
